Drupal Accessibility office hours are a monthly opportunity to ask accessibility questions, discuss barriers, and review work on Drupal core, contributed projects, themes, documentation, and sites. Anyone working with Drupal accessibility is welcome.

Schedule

Office hours are held on the third Thursday of each month. The meeting time alternates to include more time zones:

Check the Drupal Core calendar before joining. The calendar is the authoritative source for meeting dates, local-time conversion, cancellations, and schedule changes.

Prepare for office hours

Add your topic to the office hours agenda. Include:

Do not put credentials, personal information, or other sensitive material in the public agenda. If the meeting format creates a participation barrier, raise it in the Drupal Slack #accessibility channel before the meeting without disclosing private details publicly.

Join and follow up

Office hours provide volunteer guidance and review. They do not guarantee immediate approval, issue resolution, or a maintainer decision. Record findings, decisions, test results, and follow-up work in the relevant Drupal.org issue or project so that the project record remains public and durable.
